Everyone sees the same updates
- Margaret marked her morning pill takenSample update, 8:05 a.m.
- Alex is driving to Tuesday's appointmentSample update, 9:30 a.m.
- Sam added a note after the callSample update, 1:15 p.m.
Sound familiar?
Caring from a distance is hard enough.
Updates are everywhere
Texts, calls and three different group chats. Nobody can find the last thing anyone said.
Nobody is sure about the pills
Did Mom take them today? Who is taking her to the appointment? You end up asking, and asking again.
Mom loses her say
When everything is shared with everyone, the person it is about is the last to be asked.
How it works
One shared view for the whole family
Care Manager organizes, reminds, summarizes and lets you know when something needs attention.
A shared feed
Everyone sees the same log, like "Margaret marked her morning pill taken."
Appointments
Reminders go to the family, and you can see who is driving.
Medication tracking
Doses are marked taken or skipped. Missed doses show up for the family. Pill counts warn you when a refill is coming up. Add or change medicines from your phone, with a drawing of each pill.
Everyone in the loop
Brothers, sisters and Mom all see what she has chosen to share, in one place.
Her care, her choice
Mom stays in charge
Care Manager starts with Mom's permission. Nobody sees anything until she says yes.
- Family members see nothing by default.
- She chooses, one area at a time: medications, appointments or notes.
- She can change her mind whenever she likes.

Made for Mom, in her language
The parent's side of the app is built and ready for pilot families to try. One thing is still on the way.
A simple pill screen for parents
Big buttons. Drawn pills. A smiling sun for morning and a sleepy moon for evening. Mom taps one button when she has taken her pill, or taps “Taken” right on the reminder without opening the app.
In her language: 简体中文, 繁體中文, Español or Français, with a button that reads her pills aloud.
Made for parents who do not read English well, which is true for many immigrant families. Pictures lead, words follow.
Visit notes, summarized and reviewed by family
After an appointment, a family member can add notes and get a short summary. Someone in the family reads it and decides what to share.
Every summary links back to the original note and says plainly that it is a summary, not advice. Summaries will be part of the Family plan.
Privacy, in plain words
Your family's information stays yours
- Stored in Canada
Your family's data will be kept on servers in Canada.
- Built with Canadian privacy law in mind
We design with PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 in mind.
- Only what is needed
We keep as little information as we can.
- Access is logged
We keep a record of who looks at what.
- Mom decides
Nothing is shared with family until she agrees.

We are looking for a small group of families in Canada. Tell us a little about you and we will be in touch.
Care Manager is free for families, and always free for the parent. A Family plan will add room for more family members and AI visit summaries.
